Shipping & Delivery Information
At RevvBlox, we partner with trusted, well-established logistics providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and more, to ensure every order is handled with care and delivered efficiently.
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over US$50, or with 2 or more items. A flat shipping fee of USD$3 is payable only for single-item orders under US$50.
Expected Processing Time: Usually 2-5 business days ( varies based on the order volume)
Estimated Delivery: 7-12 business days once the order is dispatched.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. While we make every effort to ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances—such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control—may occasionally result in delays. In such cases, RevvBlox cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by these events.
That said, our logistics process is strong, well-managed, and carefully coordinated to minimize delays and ensure a smooth delivery experience. Every order is handled with care from dispatch to final delivery.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery, is unavailable to receive the package, or if the shipment is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the order will be classified as abandoned.
Important Terms
We do not offer refunds for abandoned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders under any circumstances.
All shipping charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Once an order is marked as abandoned, ownership of the shipment is forfeited.
Due to the nature of international logistics, many returned packages cannot be recovered.
Recovery Window (Limited & Not Guaranteed)
In some cases, we may be able to assist in recovering the shipment within 5 days of it being marked as abandoned.
Recovery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier status, customs handling, and warehouse availability.
Any costs related to recovery, reprocessing, or reshipping will be borne by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or redirected.
*NOTE: The Master series models are not returnable and refundable.
We strongly recommend ensuring availability to receive delivery and accepting all delivery attempts to avoid permanent loss of the shipment and additional charges.
