Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the original, unopened packaging (for change-of-mind returns)

Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
- Products that were discounted at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
1.3 Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refunds.
2. Change of Mind Returns
2.1 If the customer requests a return after delivery due to a change of mind:

The item must remain unopened and sealed.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
2.2 Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
3.1 If the customer receives:

The wrong item, missing pieces or

A damaged or defective product
They must contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. No refund/ return will be processed beyond the acceptable timeframe.
3.2 In these cases, RevvBlox will:

Provide a replacement or full/partial refund (either of that depends on the situation), and (depends on the situation)

Cover return shipping costs (if return is required).
4. Return Process
4.1 To initiate a return, contact our support team at therevvblox@gmail.com with:

Photos (if applicable)
4.2 Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.
4.3 Customers must ship the item using a trackable shipping method.
4.4 RevvBlox is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
5.2 If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5.3 Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

The wrong item was shipped

The item arrived damaged or defective
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
6.1 Customized or made-to-order products, including 3D-printed items approved by the customer before production.
6.2 Items returned used, opened (for change-of-mind), or missing parts.
6.3 Clearance or sale and Master series items.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Orders may be canceled for a full refund before the tracking is provided and the request is made within the first 24 hours after purchase.
7.2 Once an order has shipped or the tracking ID has been issued to the customer, the order cannot be canceled. It will no longer be eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process outlined in this policy.
8. International Returns
8.1 Customers are responsible for complying with their local import and return regulations.
8.2 RevvBlox is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes on returned items.
9. Modification to Retun/ Refund Policy
RevvBlox reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
